As a licensed psychologist with extensive training and experience working with children, teens, young adults, and parents, I offer both virtual and in-person mental health services. Thanks to PSYPACT, I’m able to provide therapy to individuals across the country, including over 40 states, ensuring accessible and high-quality care no matter where you are located.

I specialize in helping children, teens, and young adults manage a variety of challenges, including anxiety, stress, academic pressures, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and depression. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I also work closely with parents, offering guidance through programs like SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) to help reduce children’s anxiety in a way that empowers families to create positive changes in their home environment.

Whether your child is struggling with OCD, social anxiety, trauma, or behavioral challenges, or if you’re navigating the complexities of adolescence or young adulthood, my goal is to help you develop resilience, self-compassion, and effective coping skills. I work collaboratively with families, schools, and other caregivers when necessary to ensure holistic and lasting support.

I have extensive clinical experience, including work in pediatric hospitals, college counseling centers, and community mental health agencies, which informs my ability to address a broad range of emotional and behavioral challenges. From building confidence to overcoming trauma and managing mental health during major life transitions, I am here to support you in reaching your goals.

My practice is deeply rooted in values of diversity, inclusion, and multicultural competence. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where all clients feel seen and understood. Your unique identity and life experiences shape who you are, and I’m committed to providing care that respects and embraces that individuality.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, appreciating the peacefulness and balance it brings to my life. I also cherish traveling and spending quality time with my family, creating meaningful experiences together. If you’re ready to take the next step toward mental wellness and personal growth, I would be honored to work with you on your journey.
